| The Organizing Committee has designated 3 hotels for accommodations(the main venue and official
hotel is Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel). To obtain the discounted rate below, please make a reservation through our
website, www.APOAsp.org. In case you do not have any internet access, please contact the Accommodation & Tour bureau.
Notes
- Reservations should be made before May 10. After this date the availability shall not be guaranteed.
- Above rates cover costs for rooms only including 21% TAX & Service charges. Breakfast is NOT included.
- Your credit card information is required to guarantee your hotel reservation in advance. If you do not have any
credit card, please remit the amount of one night room rate to the bank account below within one week.
- For Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, all costs should be paid at the hotel front directly.
- For Jeju Oriental Hotel and Jeju Pacific Hotel, credit card information is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. With the
credit card information, your room charge will be credited 7days prior to your check-in date by the Official Accommodation & Tour
Bureau, Kim’s Travel Service. If you do not have any credit card, please remit the amount of one night room rate to the bank account
below within one week. The rest of the payment should be made 2 days before your check-out at the Hotel&Tour desk in Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel.
Other incidental expenses such as breakfast, room services, and phones will be charged by the hotel front.
